Shipping Info

We endeavour to dispatch all books within 3 working days of your order, using standard UK first class post.

Once delivered, customers accept responsibility (and any risk, damage or loss) for all goods.

All goods are currently shipped from the UK. Therefore, all postage & packing costs quoted, are based on shipping to a UK address. If you are outside the UK, it’s likely there will be an additional shipping cost.

Please also be aware that customers outside of the UK may also incur customs charges.

Refunds & Returns

For most online purchases (including books), you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days. If you wish to use this cooling off period, you can do so by printing and returning the cancellation form at the bottom of this page. Once we have received and processed the form, we’ll be in touch to arrange the return of the goods.

We do reserve the right to make deductions from any refund value, depending on the condition of the goods returned to us.

Please note: Returns are made at your expense. We will not accept any charges levied by shipping or transport agents or be liable for any returns lost in transit. Returns remain your responsibility until we receive them.
